The GRS circulating cell-free DNA/RNA Purification Kit includes a specially developed removable extension tube that, when inserted in the mini spin column, allows for the expansion of the starting volume up to 4 ml. After lysis, antibodies and other proteins are eliminated by precipitation, and cell-free DNA/RNA is bound to the glass fiber matrix of the spin column.
